Technology Planning and Implementation Request for Proposal (RFP)

The Tower Foundation is pleased to announce the release of its Technology Planning and Implementation Initiative. The primary objectives of this capacity building initiative is to connect organizations with the technological expertise necessary to develop and execute a strategic technology plan and to assist with the resources required for implementation of the plan.

The Technology Planning and Implementation Initiative has two phases:  Phase I provides support for the development of a strategic technology plan with the assistance of an external consultant; and Phase II provides partial funding (a dollar-for-dollar match up to a specified amount) for the implementation of the plan. 

The time frame for this initiative is four years, 2007-2010. A total of $1.5 million will be allocated to the initiative.
